This monthly membership is for adults and ages 12 and up. It includes four classes per week: Tuesday and Thursday evenings, plus Saturday morning. You'll also receive a practice t-shirt and a written curriculum. As you progress, you'll have the option to upgrade your gear. Protective gear is required for the fight team, and discounted options are available.

    • Mighty Mights and Young Wolves: $108.00

Our children's martial arts program helps kids learn and grow at their own pace. The curriculum focuses on character development, self-discipline, and confidence.

  • Young Wolves (Ages 7-12): Wednesdays, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
  • Mighty Mights (Ages 4-6): Wednesdays, 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM

This option does not include access to the Wednesday "Fight Night" class, which requires additional training and specific gear.

These programs are designed for health and wellness, offering a peaceful respite from a busy world. The classes are rooted in the ancient practices of Shaolin monks. Qi, or "chi," represents the vital energy within and around us.

  • Pay-per-Class Option: $25.00 This option is available on Wednesdays at 5:00 PM and Saturdays at 9:30 AM.

  • Daoyin A precursor to Qi Gong, Daoyin is a series of exercises that unite the mind and body. The practice focuses on cultivating Jing (essence) and refining Qi, or internal energy. The goal of Daoyin is to improve flexibility of the mind and create a harmonious balance between your internal and external environments, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
  • Baduanjin: The Eight Pieces of Brocade This is a series of eight gentle, graceful movements that can be performed by all ages. The exercises are designed to regulate the heart, lungs, spleen, stomach, and other organs, promoting natural coordination and a sense of harmony. The movements are performed at a gentle pace, making it a great exercise for the whole family.
